I am happy to provide feedback to you regarding our trip to Tuscany and the related activities you planned. In fact, I told both Chiara, our guide in Florence, and Simone, our guide in Siena, that I planned to contact you regarding their excellent service.
Both Chiara & Simone were charming guides with great knowledge of the cities we toured with them. They were both patient and very accommodating to our group. Everything about these tours was exactly as we expected, only better. Additionally Bernardo at the winery was a wonderful host at the winery and at lunch. Some of our friends ran into road trouble and were quite late. Bernardo could not have been more understanding. His assistant, Angela, was charming and very helpful during our wine tasting. We enjoyed the wine so much, we place an order for delivery to our home.
