There are those who become cooks and those who are born to the vocation, like Anna, a cook since the age of thirteen when a rich American tasted her spaghetti alla puttanesca. After a few years she became a famous chef and highly sought after for important lunches and dinners for high profile politicians, actors and writers. In 1997, she decided to open an exclusive cooking school to share her experience and passion for traditional cooking and genuine ingredients. She is still there today, happy to pass down her knowledge.
