The waterways, lanes and quarters of Milan

A trip to discover the most distinctive quarters of Milan, between past and present. You will pass through the Grand Canal, with its characteristic little streets, the courtyard of the open balcony homes symbolic of the city, the Darsena and the little-known “Viarenna Lock”, where the marble for the cathedral arrived at the end of the fourteenth century. You will then visit the column of Saint Lawrence with its basilica and finally the early Christian chapel of S. Aquilino, with its precious mosaics.
